The Care Ministry strives to serve the kingdom and share the love of Christ by providing support and financial assistance to people who are going through difficult circumstances in slinger and our surrounding communities.
When Jesus was on earth, he spent his life among the people. Lost, hurting people were all around Him every day, and He loved and cared for them. He fed them. He taught them. He laughed and cried with them. Jesus wasn’t distant from hurting people. He was right in the middle of them.
Mosaic exists to carry on the ministry Jesus started over 2,000 years ago. It is in the middle of our core value Authentic Community. We are here to love and care for people who are hurting, marginalized, and broken. If Jesus lived in Washington County today, we believe that is what He would be doing. So that is what we do.

We accept applications from anyone living in Washington County, Wisconsin. However the need must be an emergent situation to be considered for assistance.

The Care Ministry offers financial assistance for things such as utilities, home goods, food, clothing, as well as subsidized counseling for families and individuals. Financial disbursements are made by check and are payable to a specific vendor.

Submit a completed online application. The application is confidential, and will only be shared with the Care Ministry Team and pastoral staff.

The Care Ministry Team may deny assistance to an applicant if the request does not meet the guidelines of the Mosaic Care Ministry, or if there are insufficient financial resources to meet the need.
