Jason Montano is the founder and Lead Pastor of Mosaic Church. He and and his wife Kristin were married in 1999, and are proud parents of Kaleb and Abigail.

Pastor Jason is a graduate of Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training in 1998. His original dreams were to be on the sideline of a professional team in the NFL or in a dugout in MLB. God had different plans, and Jason started full time ministry in 2002 as a Youth Pastor at Grace Church in Racine, Wisconsin. During that time, he earned his master’s degree in Christian Studies from Trinity in 2009.

In 2011, after 10 years of youth and family life ministry, Jason transitioned into adult discipleship as the Community Life Pastor at Grace Church. In 2012, Jason was offered an opportunity to come to CrossWay Church in Germantown, Wisconsin to build an adult and new guest ministry. In 2018, God once again had a new plan for the Montano family as Jason was offered by the Alliance to plant a new church in the Slinger/Hartford area that they lived in.

On a free day you will find probably find Jason sitting around a campfire with Kristin and the kids, floating on a boat with a rod in hand and country on the radio, hunting in the woods, or outside running a 1/2 marathon. On rainy days its Playstation games, watching movies, and cheering on the Brewers with Kristin.
